The Mastery Summit: Art and Business for Portrait Photographers, is a 3-day virtual event that helps photographers elevate their business and shows them what’s possible, without a ton of overwhelm.Â
Think of this like an in-person conference where attendees learn from experts, and network with other speakers and attendees…expect there is no airfare and hotel cost! ;-)
On this page, you’ll find resources to make promoting this as easy as possible, and answer questions you may have. How it will work
The event will run from Jan 21-23
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have about two weeks of promotion. I will be providing email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy.Â
I'll even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promo easy to outsource to a VA.
I will start promoting on January 2 - you will start on January 6.  I'm starting early to work out any tech issues.
During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting upsells (to the All Access Pass, and All Access VIP Pass). This provides immense value to our attendees while making the work of promoting worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions. Yay!
 The experience for attendees:
The people you send to the summit will have a great experience! I want them to feel as fired up as if they attended a live conference. They will get great info from the speakers as well as network in the FB group with other attendees and speakers.
1. When they land on the registration page (using your affiliate link) they will enter their name and email to grab their free ticket.
2. They will be taken to a page to offer them the upgrade to the All Access Pass (Basic or VIP) which will give them access to replays as well as LOTS of goodies contributed by speakers, sponsors and me. This is where you will earn your affiliate dollars. We will be promoting the All Access Pass, before, during and after the summit
3. During the summit, they can watch each presentation for 24 hours for free (unless they purchased an All Access Pass)
4. I'm planning on having high engagement in the FB group during the summit with live events, games, prizes etc.Â

Promotion
The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Your promotion period, starts  January 6. The more you promote, the more chances you have to make sales using your affiliate link.Â

You’ll want to always be sharing your affiliate link so you can get in on the 25% commission that will come from any sale of the summit upgradesÂ

I am also happy to collaborate to help you promote. For example, I can come on your podcast, write a guest newsletter, or do a live in your Facebook group (all using your affiliate link) to help you get some extra conversions!
The pricing structure for attendees:
Basic All Access Pass
- FAST ACTION PRICE:Â $47 for 20 minutes after initial registration
- EARLY BIRD PRICE:Â $77Â before the summit starts
- REGULAR PRICE:Â $97 Once the summit starts and available until January 27Â
VIP All Access Pass
- FAST ACTION PRICE:Â $97 for 20 minutes after registration
- EARLY BIRD PRICE:Â $137Â before the summit starts

To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.Â
Payouts for all sales will be made the week of February 10.
